i wanted to be bright & festive today but stay away from the norm white, red & blue...

for my makeup i used HIP & Jesse's Girl pigments to make this bright look i'm so loving...

my outfit was also bright...i'm wearing a tube top from Express, H&M shorts & the sandals & jewelry are from Wet Seal...
